A Colonial High School student has been arrested on Wednesday morning after a student took a loaded gun on campus, according to Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said they responded to Colonial High School just before 7 a.m. Wednesday, located the student and took the student into custody.
"One student made a poor decision of bringing a loaded gun in his back pack to school today," said Colonial High School principal Doug Loftus. "The student was taken in to custody and removed from campus today. Law Enforcement advised us the campus is safe and no extra ordinary cause for concern."
