ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – One person was killed after a car and a semitruck were involved in a crash on I-4 in Seminole County.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports that Jennifer Veliln, 41, of Kissimmee, was killed when her car came in contact with a semitruck driven by Kenneth Hanson, 57, of Clermont.

Troopers said that Veline's car came in contact with the side of the truck and her car then traveled onto the shoulder of the roadway and overturned. Veline was ejected from the car and died at the hospital.
The accident happened at 5:40 p.m. Saturday in the east-bound lanes of I-4 between SR 436 and SR 434.
It is unclear exactly how the accident occurred and troopers are asking, anyone who witnessed the crash, to contact the Highway Patrol at 407-737-2213.
The crash remains under investigation.
