DELTONA, Fla. – The Deltona Fire Department battled a one-acre brush fire near a residential area Friday evening, officials said.
Fire officials said they were able to put out a brush fire estimated to be one acre near Newmark Drive and Salters Court at 8:11 p.m.
The fire did not cause any evacuations or damage to homes, the Fire Department said.
No other details were available.
