When firefighters go to the location, they found moderate to heavy smoke coming out of the building, authorities said.

After initial size-up, taking in to account the amount of fire, the size of the building, and complexity of the structure's construction, it was decided to request mutual aid assistance from Osceola County and City of Kissimmee, authorities said.

The fire was completely extinguished at 4:27 a.m. and the business sustained moderate damage to its contents and structure, firefighters said.

Other businesses connected to 1030 New York Avenue received light damage due to smoke extension.

No civilians or firefighters were injured at the incident.
