SANFORD, Fla. -

The Department of Children and Families released its report on Thursday detailing Rachel Fryer's first child who died in 2011.

Fryer is jailed on child neglect charges after she told investigators she buried her 2-year-old daughter Tariji, who died at home last week, in a suitcase.

According to DCF documents, Fryer's first child, who died in 2011 was 2-year-old Tavont'ae Gordon. The medical examiner determined Fryer accidentally suffocated the child while they slept on the couch.

Tavont'ae was supposed to be on apnea monitoring while he slept, but that was not the case, according to the report. An investigator noted in the report that the device was found in the garage and had only been used a few times.

Fryer tested positive for cocaine the day after the child's death. In that incident, Fryer was not arrested because it was deemed an accident.
