A Texas restaurant owner shut down his deli when he noticed his employees were no longer serving with a smile.
In order to make his customers aware of the situation, he posted a sign outside the shop that read, "Closed For Attitude Adjustment."
"I want employees to have time to think about the job they were doing, and the service they were giving out," Schlotzsky's owner, John Herod told KTAB-TV. "So part of it is internal, for each employee."
The sign originally said the deli would re-open Wednesday, but Herod pushed the date back to December 9.
