Deputies: Man carjacks woman, uses car in two separate crimes

Orange County deputies say suspect on the run

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies say it appears one man is responsible for carjacking a woman, stealing her car and then using the car in two separate robberies.

Authorities said the incidents began Friday night on Pine Hills Road.

Investigators said the suspect carjacked a woman and then dropped her off at Ocoee High School.

Ocoee police believe the same man was responsible for a break in at the Best Buy at West Oaks Mall on Colonial.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office believes the same man then held up the 7-Eleven at the intersection of Curry Ford Road and Goldenrod Road.

Surveillance video at the 7-Eleven captured the suspect. He was wearing a red and grey ball cap and a white T-shirt over his face.

Deputies are searching for a 2008 Chevy Impala with Florida license plate 156-KRE and a front vanity plate that says Brooklyn.
