ORLANDO, Fla. – A man hanging from a car was dragged at speeds of 60 miles per hour by two men accused of ransacking his shed, then beating him up after he confronted them, according to Orange County sheriff's deputies.
According to deputy reports, the victim, Daniel Kinstle, witnessed Anthony Chipman and Hubert Singer, 72, breaking into his storage shed on Wednesday night, stealing tire rims and scrap metal and loading them into a Nissan truck. Kinstle then went to the driver's side of the truck and tried to shut the car's ignition off so the suspects wouldn't drive away, when Chipman, 20, grabbed his arm and pulled him further into the truck, according to the report.
