Deputies: Woman raped in woods near McDonald's

Osceola County deputies try to ID man

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Deputies are seeking the public's help in identifying and locating  a man accused of raping a woman in a wooded area near a Kissimmee McDonald's.

The sexual battery occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday in a wooded area east of the McDonald's located at 2110 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, a woman was approached by a man she knew by the name of "J," who was driving a four-door Nissan or Honda with a luggage rack on top.

The man asked her the woman if she wanted a ride, and they drove down U.S. 192 until he pulled off the road into a wooded area and raped her, deputies said.

The woman described the culprit as a light-skinned, Hispanic male, about 6 feet tall with a slender build. He has short brown hair and was wearing blue jean shorts and no shirt.  He also has a tattoo with letters on the ride side of his neck and an angel wing tattoo across his chest.
