ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -

Orange County deputies said they were forced to fire at a fleeing man who they say just robbed a CVS Pharmacy.

Deputies said they were called to the CVS Pharmacy at West Colonial Drive and Apopka-Vineland Road around 8:30 a.m. Saturday after a robbery.

Deputies said when they approached, they saw the man they believed was the suspect in the robbery and they attempted to contact him.

Deputies said the man pulled out a gun and deputies were forced to fire at him.

The man jumped a wall and ran into an apartment complex and neighborhood, deputies said.

The Orange County Sheriff's office was joined by Ocoee and Orlando police to search, but so far the man has not been found.

Deputies said they do not know if any bullets struck the man.
