ORLANDO, Fla. -

Disney is offering to let more than 400 part-time workers become full-time so they qualify for health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act.

Union leaders are considering whether Disney's offer is a good deal for its members.

Already more than 27,000 Disney full-timers get full health benefits and most part-timers get more limited benefits.

While Disney is offering to cover more workers, SeaWorld recently announced it's cutting hours for thousands of part-timers, meaning SeaWorld doesn't have to offer them health insurance.
