ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando police are searching for the culprit who they say stole dozens of bicycles from a storage unit rented out by a nonprofit organization.

According to police, 70 Fuji mountain bikes were stolen from a storage unit at Public Storage complex on West Colonial Drive, which was being rented out by the Central Florida Police Athletic League.

Police were alerted of the theft after an employee at the complex noticed the locks on the storage unit had been tampered with. The bikes had been in the storage unit since Aug. 18.

Police are investigating and believe surveillance video may have caught the theft.
