Dr. Phillips murder suspect found dead

Cops say man shot, killed estranged wife at Dr. P. Phillips Community Park

DR. PHILLIPS, Fla. – Orange County Sheriff's investigators are no longer looking for a man suspected of killing his wife in front of their kids. The body of Julian Paris was found Thursday night at Woodlawn Cemetery off Old Winter Garden Road.

Investigators said Paris committed suicide at his son's grave.

Investigators received a call at 7:20 p.m. after one of Paris' ex-wives and his daughter found him at the cemetery.

"Family members suspected this might be a place that he might come to. I don't know if they thought he was going to kill himself but they thought the Woodlawn Cemetery is a place he might come to since his 17-year-old son is buried here," said Jane Watrel, Public Information Officer with the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Julian Paris and Nicole Adderlini lost their son, Christian Adderlini, in 2012. He was hit and killed while crossing Kirkman Road.

Investigators had been searching for Julian Paris, 54, since Wednesday afternoon when they say he shot his wife, Nicole Adderlini, 34, several times in front of their three children. The shooting happened at the Dr. P. Phillips Community Park around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Investigators said the couple was separated and got into an argument earlier in the day somewhere else. They said Adderlini then took their three children to the park to play with another family and Paris found her there. They said the couple got into another fight and Paris pulled out a gun. One of their own children called 911.

The Sheriff's Office is relieved to report a man wanted for murder is no longer on the run, but now their children are without their mother and their father.

"A mother has been murdered, her children are now orphaned and the father of those children are dead. We want the public to know that this murder suspect is no longer on the loose," said Watrel.
