Drier air leads to comfortable day in Central Florida

Slim chance of rain over the weekend in Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. – Fall doesn't officially begin until Sunday, but Central Floridians got a taste of autumn on Friday.

Temperatures started in the mid-60s for Marion County and the upper 60s for several others.

Central Florida will feel drier air on Saturday, with rain chances at only 20 percent with a high temperature near 90.

Rain chances ramp back up to 50 percent on Sunday until the middle of next week.

High temperatures will be near the average of 89 degrees for the next several days.

More moisture moves in by Sunday, however, when rain chances increase to 50 percent and remain there into next week.
