Marietta Wilhelm, 53, has been charged with a misdemeanor after deputies say she called 911 four times Saturday night saying that her husband wanted to kill himself and had a pocket knife to do so.

When deputies arrived at Wilhelm's home, she said she was too drunk and that she "wasn't going to jail and wasn't going to open the door."

Deputies said they spoke with her husband, who said they had gotten into a fight and he left, but didn't want to hurt himself. While deputies were talking to her husband, dispatchers reported Wilhelm called 911 two more times, according to the report, resulting in her arrest.

She was booked into the Orange County jail.
