Headline Goes Here

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. - A new ATM at the Volusia Mall doesn't take bank cards at all.

Instead, people can trade in their old cell phones and tablets for cash.

The machine is called an Eco ATM, and it scans disused devices and lets users know how much they 're worth.

Then, if customers want to proceed, they can simply swipe their driver's licenses and scan their thumb prints and out comes the cash.
