The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash on the Florida Turnpike Thursday at mile maker 224.
At approximately 3:16 p.m., a Florida Highway Patrol trooper found a car on the Florida Turnpike. The car hit a guardrail in the median.
Two people were found dead in the car and deputies are working with the medical examiner to determine their cause of death.
Two deputies and an FHP trooper were treated and will be released from a local hospital after they were exposed to an unknown substance inside the car.
All lanes are currently open on the Florida Turnpike.
