ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Florida Highway Patrol troopers say at least one person is injured after a car crashed into a house in Orange County Friday afternoon.

Troopers said they received the call of a Lexus in a house with entrapment in 11000 Kennington Court at around 3:30 p.m.

Local 6 news helicopter Sky 6 flew over the home as Orange County fire officials  extricated the driver, identified as 39-year-old Thomas Quinones, and took him to the hospital on trauma alert.

No one was inside the home at the time of the crash, troopers said.

Troopers said a medical episode may have caused Quinones to lose control of car. The crash is still under investigation.
