Troopers said Chambers' car overturned and struck the side of a Mazda Tribute, driven by 18-year-old Rafael Rodriguez, turning the car and causing the motor "to be propelled" from his car and hitting another car.

Rodriguez suffered minor injuries.

No charges have been filed and the crash remains under investigation.
