JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An 89-year-old Jacksonville man faces charges of aggravated battery in the Saturday shooting of his 59-year old son-in-law.
Jacksonville police said Kenon Ferguson and Joel Perry got into an argument over the TV at their home on Lazarette Court in Mandarin, according to Local 6 sister station WJXT-TV.

Police said Ferguson shot Perry in the leg.
Ferguson is disabled and gets around with the help of a walker and cane, according to the police report.
Before the shooting, Ferguson told Perry, "You don't own anything in this house," according to a police report.
Perry then told Ferguson, "If you don't like it, do something about it," according to the report.
Police said that's when Ferguson went into his bedroom and came out with a small handgun. Perry told him, "If you're going to shoot me, you better kill me, or I am going to kill you," according to the report.
Ferguson then shot Perry in the right leg, police said.
