PALM BAY, Fla. – A man who Palm Bay police say had sex with a family dog has been sentenced to five years of probation.
Court records show that Joshua Werbicki, 22, pleaded guilty Monday to several crimes, including cruelty to animals and sexual acts involving animals, Local 6 News partner Florida Today reported.

?Judge Charles G. Crawford withheld adjudication, which means Werbicki isn't a convicted felon.
Crawford imposed several conditions for Werbicki's probation, including that he have no contact with dogs or other animals that he could engage in sexual contact with. He's not permitted to live or spend the night in a home where there are children younger than 16, or dogs or other pets.
