Deputies said Diaz was taken to the Lake County Jail.

Deputies said a former student at South Lake High School claimed that Diaz contacted him to help him move boxes at  the school.

The student said he felt sorry for Diaz because of his age and agreed to help, deputies said.

Deputies said the student told them Diaz tried to lure him into a closet to change clothing with him and said that he had seen grown men naked in the military before.

The student refused to change with him and went to the bathroom to change, deputies said.

Deputies said on another occasion, Diaz tried to lure the student into a bedroom of his house while his wife was out of the home and also drove the student to an empty parking lot of a movie theater where he told the student he loved him.

Deputies said on a third occasion, Diaz attempted to fondle the student, but the student was able to block Diaz from touching him beneath his shorts.

Deputies said after Diaz was arrested, he asked the arresting officer if he had any children and how old they were.
