ORLANDO, Fla. – A reward for information in a 2012 Orange County slaying has been increased to $10,400.
"Friends, family members and co-workers of 50-year-old John Brennan have been working diligently to raise money to up the Crimeline reward," the Orange County Sheriff's Office said Thursday in a statement.

Brennan was shot and killed and his teen son was pistol-whipped in July 2012 after five assailants kicked in the door of their Orange County home on Bridlewood Avenue near Dean Road, deputies said.
Brennan, a husband and father of three who worked as an airline mechanic supervisor, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A neighbor's surveillance camera captured video showing five people driving up to Brennan's home before going in and coming out.
A motive for the shooting remains unknown.
