ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando police have released a composite sketch on Friday of the man they say shot and killed a man outside of Winnie Palmer Hospital.
The man was in the passenger's side backseat of a white Nissan Altima when he shot and killed Alex Mazzan on Monday, police said.
Mazzan, 20, died in the shooting, which occurred while he was walking with another man near Sturtevant Street and Lucerne Terrace.
Mazzan had been visiting someone at hospital and was leaving when he exchanged words about getting on the sidewalk, according to police.
Police described the shooter as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches and 180 pounds and in between 18 and 23 years old. The man had short dreads with beads and was wearing a white tank top T-shirt.
Police said the suspected shooter was also in the vehicle with another man sitting in the rear driver's seat and two females, one of whom was driving.
