Officials say Orr's vehicle honked at a vehicle in front of them, and after responding with a "Really?" Orr got out of his vehicle and threatened the other drivers.

The vehicle fled, but Orr's driver caught up to them at a nearby traffic light. Orr approached the vehicle again cursing. He then shattered the vehicle's window and attempted to attack its passenger, deputies say.

The alleged victims had no contact with Orr before the incident. He was charged on a total of nine counts of five different crimes.

Orr is being held in the Polk County jail without bond. According to deputies, the crime violated pre-trial conditions of another case he's being tried for.
