Samantha Dee Reyes may be in Jacksonville, deputies say

APOPKA, Fla. – Seminole County Sheriff's deputies are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl.

Samantha Dee Reyes was last seen near the 9200 block of Overland Road in Apopka about 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

Deputies believe Reyes is traveling with Rodolfo Garcia, 23, and Ramon Trejo, 47, in a burgundy 1998 Honda Civic with the tag "NA269K." Deputies said the car was stolen from an Apopka dealership

Deputies originally said the trio may be headed to Atlanta, Georgia, or may possibly be in the Jacksonville area. But on Tuesday afternoon, investigators said that information "couldn't be substantiated" and they believe Reyes could be in the Central Florida area and en route to Atlanta. Investigators also said Trejo has ties in Texas and it's possible the trio could be traveling there.

Reyes is described as 5 feet tall, 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, red gym shorts, and a black belt.

Reyes has a tattoo of a black and red nautical star on one wrist and a tribal heart with vines near her right ankle.

If you have information about her whereabouts, call the Seminole County Sheriff's Office at 407-665-6748.
