Police search for Sanford Suntrust bank robber

Police say that no one was injured during the robbery

SANFORD, Fla. – A man who threatened a SunTrust bank teller with a gun in Sanford is still on the loose Thursday afternoon, according to Sanford police.

Police said the man went into the SunTrust Bank, located at 208 W. 1st Street in Sanford, said he was armed with a weapon and demanded money from the teller.

The teller complied and the robber left the bank, police said.  No one was injured during the robbery.
