DELTONA, Fla. – Volusia County deputies arrested a man they say raped a 4-year-old and sent the pictures to an ex-girlfriend.
Deputies said 22-year-old Thomas Fleming was arrested Friday night and so far faces two counts of sexual battery.

Deputies said they are continuing to investigate and more charges may come from the investigation as it continues.
Deputies said the investigation was launched on Friday after pictures of Fleming having sex with the child were discovered on his ex-girlfriend's cell phone.
Deputies said Fleming is suspected of having sex with the girl on numerous occasions and during questioning, Fleming admitted to having sex with the child and taking pictures of the two of them during the sexual encounters and then sending them to a woman who was his girlfriend at the time.
Deputies said Fleming also shot video of the rape from his cell phone.
Fleming was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach shortly before midnight on Friday and is being held without bond.
