EDGEWATER, Fla. – A driver died after suffering a medical episode on Interstate 95 Monday evening, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said 53-year-old Ralph Walton of Edgewater was driving southbound near mile marker 249 when his car began weaving between lanes.

A passenger said Walton was complaining of arm and jaw pain and then became unconscious, according to the FHP.
Walton's vehicle then veered off the roadway into the grassy shoulder and crashed into the wood line.
Troopers said Walton was transported to Bert Fish Medical center, where he was pronounced deceased.
