VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Volusia County is inching closer to reeling in a Trader Joe's distribution center to Daytona Beach.
An incentive package for the center includes $1.7 million from the county and $3 million in grants from the Department of Transportation, which was approved Thursday.
