One of the country's leading experts on improving learning through healthy eating for both students and teachers will be in town Wednesday for a special presentation at the Orange County Convention Center.
The "Ambassador of Maximizing Learning", LeAnn Nickelsen, will focus on the mounting evidence that food, movement, and brain breaks affect cognition, energy, moods, sleep, stress levels, and more.
