SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A former Seminole County teacher will spend the next 12 years in prison after being accused of having a sexual relationship with two female students.

Scott Kimbrough, 40, a former algebra teacher at Lyman High School in Longwood, was arrested in May 2013 after two students told deputies they had a sexual relationship with, including having sex with him at his Winter Park home.

Kimbrough pleaded no contest on Thursday and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Kimbrough was fired from the school district after his arrest. He was also re-arrested in July 2013  on child pornography charges.
