George Zimmerman speaks out after sale of gun used to kill Trayvon Martin

George Zimmerman is speaking out on Tuesday for the first time since he auctioned off the gun he used to kill Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman says he wants to use the money from the sale to support the families of officers affected by violence, that is tied to the Black Lives Matter movement.

"I would sell everything and anything I own to ensure, to attempt to ensure that they can no longer hurt men and women of law enforcement," Zimmerman said.

Zimmerman also said he is working to end the career of the lead prosecutor in his case, Angela Corey.

The 32-year-old has extended an offer to her opponent in the upcoming election, but is unsure if they will accept his support.
