ORLANDO, Fla. -

Gov. Rick Scott said on Tuesday he will sign a bill to dismantle the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority.

The bill re-names the OOCEA as the Central Florida Expressway Authority, or CFX, and expands the area served by the CFX to include the counties of Seminole, Lake, and Osceola counties in addition to Orange County.

The nine-member board of CFX will be created, with three of the members being appointed by Scott, according to the bill.

Scott's announcement comes after an eight-month investigation into the toll road agency that State Attorney Jeff Ashton called for, resulting in an indictment of a board member.
