Orlando police are searching for a gunman who robbed an outlet store as employees were closing for the night.
The robbery happened early Wednesday at the Polo store, which is located at Orlando Premium Outlets International Drive.
According to police, a man held employees at gunpoint and demanded the cash they had for the night drop as they exited the store after 2 a.m.
Police said the man ran away from the store a short time later with an undetermined amount of cash.
No employees were injured in the confrontation.
A detailed description of the assailant was not released.
Police did not specify if the robbery is related to a recent string of hotel robberies in the area.
