ORLANDO, Fla. – Attorneys for Casey Anthony were in court Wednesday in an effort to limit the amount of damages she could be ordered to pay in her civil case.
Zenaida Gonzalez, who shares a similar name to the fictitious nanny whom Anthony said kidnapped her daughter, Caylee, in 2008, is suing Anthony for defamation. Gonzalez claims she could not find a job and her life was in upheaval after being linked to the case.

Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon did not rule whether Gonzalez should be able to pursue punitive damages, and she will later issue a written order.
The hearing also revisited the issue of moving the trial location if a fair jury cannot be selected. Munyon denied a defense motion on Tuesday to move Anthony's case.
Anthony's attorney's say she won't get a fair trial in Orange County.
Munyon also ruled on Tuesday that Anthony must answer questions during the defamation trial about the audio recordings she made after her murder trial acquittal.
Anthony mentioned the recordings in her video diary, which was leaked back in January.
It's not clear what the recordings will contribute to Gonzalez's defamation case, which is set to go to trial in January.
