Lora Gordon, who is in charge of funds collected and deposited into the club's account as the treasurer, was charged with grand theft of more than $5,000 but less than $10,000.

The investigation began Monday after St. Cloud police said the school's band director noticed dozens of unauthorized charges to the parent booster club's account, according to St. Cloud police.
Police said bank records from CenterState Bank showed Gordon's card was used at least 68 times since November 2015 to make $5,300 in personal purchases including clothing, jewelry, dining out, paying a traffic ticket fine, lottery tickets and cigarettes.
Gordon did not deny to police that she used the card without authorization, according to the release.
She was booked into Osceola County Jail on $1,000 bond.
