ORLANDO, Fla. -

Ever since the first installment of the Harry Potter books and movies, children and adults alike have tried to imagine what it would be like to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn from professionals.

Now, you can be welcomed to Hogwarts, or at least Hogwarts online.

HogwartsIsHere.com is the brainchild of a group of die-hard fans who wanted to make other fans' dreams come true.  The site is not endorsed by the motion picture studios.

When logging onto the site, a Web design that resembles a real school admissions website appears, showing students posing at a fictitious Hogwarts.

Users can fill out a quick form and print out an acceptance letter, signed by Minerva McGonagal, herself.

Once inside the website, prospective students will have to choose a "house" to belong to, and then it's off to school, where you can learn from "real" textbooks that are purchased online with points earned by going to class.

It's all meant for fun, but some people take it very seriously.

So many people have signed up so far that the website's creators have had to install a new computer server to keep up with the traffic.

So, pack some patience if you're headed to a virtual Hogwarts, even if only for fun.
