ORLANDO, Fla. - More hot temperatures and thunderstorms are forecast for Central Florida.
"Temperatures will warm to 93 in Orlando by Thursday afternoon, but it will feel like 100 degrees," said Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges, who put rain chances at 50 percent. "Sea breeze storms will fire up across Central Florida in the afternoon."
Some storms will bring strong with wind, lightning and heavy rain, Bridges said.
Overnight lows will be in the mid-70s.
Rain chances through the weekend will remain at 50 percent, with highs in the low 90s.
After seeing rain totals near 5 inches in parts of Marion County on Wednesday, 2 to 3 inches are expected Thursday afternoon.
