A judge ruled that the city has the right to take over two properties on West Church Street, including a warehouse in area.
It comes after the city filed rights in November to take over the properties under eminent domain.
The city is also fighting with a Parramore church in the area that has so far refused a deal to relocate. The fight between Faith Deliverance Temple and the city could soon be headed to court to settle.
