ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. -

A man known for his run-ins with Seminole County over his messy yard says he will sue law enforcement agencies on Monday morning following his recent arrest.

Alan Davis was arrested last week on several charges, including fleeing and eluding law enforcement officers and resisting arrest. He later posted bond and was released from jail.

Davis said at a news conference Monday morning he intends to sue Altamonte Police, Seminole County Sheriff's Office, Florida Supreme Court and others.

"They can kiss my (expletive)," Davis said at a news conference. "Anyone coming on this property is going to get sued."

Davis described his arrest, saying he was "illegally" stopped in Orange County.

Ten years ago, Davis got the nickname "Junkman" when he was arrested for letting trash and other debris pile up on his lawn. After several fines, he was sentenced to more than two years in prison.

Davis called the junk "art" and said the government was violating his rights to keep his property the way he wanted it.

"The county is not going to tell me what to do on my own property when they don't follow their own rules," Davis said.

Trash is again piling up in his yard near the Altamonte Mall.

A judge could fine Davis for the junk or a lien could be placed against his home.
