OCALA, Fla. – Jury selection began on Monday in the child molestation trial for the former Boy Scout volunteer who told deputies he was a "monster" who never should have been born.

George Fout, 25, told deputies he had molested several young boys, including one he met through volunteering with Cub Scouts. Fout met with his Cub/Boy Scout Troops once a week at the Silver Springs Shores Presbyterian Church.

He faces 28 counts of possession of child pornography, one count of capitally sexual battery, one count of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12, one count of lewd and lascivious molestation over 12 and two counts of sexual battery.
