ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – The founders of Altamonte Springs makeup company Kroma, which is being sued over the Kardashians' new makeup line "Khroma Beauty," has filed a $10 million countersuit against the sisters.
Lee Tillett, founder of the high-end, all natural Kroma Makeup line, first had a lawsuit filed in December by Boldface, the company that has launched the Kardashians' new makeup line, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Khroma Beauty.

The lawsuit was filed over the company's name, with the Kardashians' company having the "h" in Khroma, similar to "Kroma" with no "h."
The Kardashians' makeup line hit stores in November 2012. The Kroma store has been around for 10 years.
"I developed the KROMA® line myself, built my business through my own hard work, and took the legal steps necessary to protect it. And yet I have now been forced into legal battle with the Kardashians simply because they have decided to take something that doesn't belong to them," Tillet said in a release. "But the law is the law for everybody, and I am confident that my rights will be vindicated by the courts."
