KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Kissimmee police have arrested a man who they say attempted to break into a house, last week, but failed when he fell off the roof of the home.

According to police, Andrew Nicholas Hudley, 32, tried to enter a second-story window of a home on Coachlight Drive around 11 p.m. on Feb. 18.

He was surprised by the homeowner, who was with her 12-year-old granddaughter, and fell from the roof before fleeing the area, police said.

With the help of the homeowner, police identified Hudley as a suspect. He's being held at Osceola County Jail on $1,500 bond on charges of attempted occupied burglary.
