A man was arrested in West Melbourne on allegations of crashing into a woman's car, stripping naked and exposing himself while laughing.
According to police, Nikola Prvulov drove his car into the woman's vehicle several times on Frank Lane. Police said ht then parked on the front yard of a home near Frank Lane and George Street, got out, screamed at people and tried unscrewing a light bulb in the driveway of the home.
Prvulov, 46, then took off all his clothes and exposed himself to several people, laughing while doing so, according to police.
As officers were "escorting" Prvulov to a patrol car, he jumped around while in handcuffs and, still naked, screamed profanities, police said. As officers tried to put the 5 feet 6 inches tall, 167-pound man in a patrol car, Prvulov climbed the side of the car with his feet as he used the officers as leverage, police said.
After being put into the patrol car, Prvulov spit at an officer, so police put a mask on his face and shackles on his legs.
After he was checked out at Wuesthoff Hospital, police took Prvulov to jail.
Prvulov was booked on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, assault on a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs.
