SANFORD, Fla. – A man accused of setting fire to his neighbor's home is expected in court on Tuesday.
Investigators say 34-year-old Curtis Smith tried to kill his neighbor by setting his home on fire.

Smith has been held without bond since being arrested earlier this month.
The fire was one of more than a dozen in the Sanford area, but investigators have said Smith's half-brother, Steven Angle, who is the prime person of interest in those fires.
Angle also remains jailed without bond.
