ASTATULA, Fla. – The husband of a Lake County mayor was arrested on allegations of sexually abusing a child.
Deputies arrested 74-year-old Harry Tice on Wednesday on charges of sexually assaulting a girl younger than 12. The alleged victim's exact age was not released.

The girl told investigators Tice asked her to perform a sex act on him in September.
Tice is the husband of Astatula Mayor Judy Tice. She has not publicly commented on the arrest.
Tice was being held on $100,000 bail in the Lake County Jail.
