4 firearms found in July at Orlando International Airport, TSA says

Agents say 3 of the 4 guns were loaded

ORLANDO, Fla. – Transportation Security Administration agents at Orlando International Airport say they found four guns during security screening in the month of July.

Three of the individuals were arrested on state charges and one was cited, TSA said. The passengers were residents of Windermere, Lakeland, Windermere and Melbourne.

TSA agents say three of the four firearms were loaded.

Since the beginning of 2014, TSA officials have found 24 firearms at OIA, according to officials.
