ORLANDO, Fla. - A Lynx bus driver is charged with battery after a run-in with a passenger.

Local 6 learned Thursday prosecutors filed the charges against Marcus Phillips after part of the altercation was captured on a cellphone camera.

Adrian Cano says Phillips got into an argument with a female passenger on board the bus in Orlando back in October. Cano started recording the driver on his cellphone camera because he said Phillips was acting unprofessionally.

Cano says that's when Phillips got out of his seat and swung at him, knocking his phone to the ground.

Prosecutors told Local 6 they have enough evidence to charge Phillips with battery.

Court records show he's due in court next week for an arraignment.
