ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando police officers arrested a man on Wednesday they believe to be responsible for pistol-whipping another man outside of the Orlando Premium Outlets on International Drive.

Damian Anthony Clarke, 31, from Orlando was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon after police say he sent a man to the hospital after hitting him in the head with the butt of a gun on November 14.

Police said Clarke and the victim got into an argument at a stoplight when Clarke hit the victim.

Clarke is in the Orange County Jail on $10,000 bond.
